Jade has over 20 years of experience in corporate structuring and capital markets across the GCC, Lebanon, France and the other civil law jurisdictions.
Jade’s practice predominantly focuses on advising private equity clients from investment to divestment and IPOs across the UAE and MENA, specifically company and funds formation, designing sophisticated ownership and equity structures, AML and regulatory compliance, management affairs, buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions.
Jade is a graduate professor of Insolvency and ADGM law at the Sorbonne University at Abu Dhabi.
